You can update your phone number, email and bank account in Account Settings. We may ask for verification before processing changes. Your original ID details cannot be altered; contact support if you need to correct a registration error.

For your first withdrawal, we verify your identity by matching your name, ID number and bank account to your account data. We then send a one-time code to your phone to confirm the withdrawal. Processing takes 24–48 hours after verification.

Report issues to live chat or email support within 48 hours of the transaction. Include your account ID, amount, date and payment method. We investigate and respond within 72 hours with a resolution or next steps.
